John McLaughlin
As a kid, I often read poetry; forcefully, at times. Often, I could not imagine a ‘picture’ when I read a Wordsworth. ‘Change is permanent’, was so applicable to my case because soon I heard Mahavishnu’s music.
Every song of his is a flight of imagination; reflective of the honesty with which he approaches music.
His new project called the ‘ 4th Dimension ‘ and ‘ Five peace’ is just phenomenal ; musical greats like Chick Corea , Christian McBride, Vinnie Colaiuta.
classy choice…
